29 cupsaccept instructs the printing system to accept print jobs to the
30 specified destinations.
31
cupsreject instructs the printing system to reject print jobs to the
32 specified destinations. The -r option sets the reason for rejecting
33 print jobs. If not specified the reason defaults to "Reason Unknown".
34
Options

35 The following options are supported by both cupsaccept and
36 cupsreject:
37

38
-E
39

40

41
Forces encryption when connecting to the server.
42

43
-U username
44

45

46
Sets the username that is sent when connecting to the server.
47

48
-h hostname[:port]
49

50

51
Chooses an alternate server.
52

53
-r "reason"
54

55

56
Sets the reason string that is shown for a printer that is
57 rejecting jobs.
58

59

60
Compatibility

61 Unlike the System V printing system, CUPS allows printer names to
62 contain any printable character except SPACE, TAB, "/", or "#".
63 Also, printer and class names are not case-sensitive.
64
The CUPS versions of accept and reject may ask the
65 user for an access password depending on the printing system
66 configuration. This differs from the System V versions which
67 require the root user to execute these commands.
