* partial-stab.h (case N_TEXT):  Fix fencepost error when
detecting start of new symbol info after reading symtab for a
module with a zero length TEXT segment.
(Note that this fixes the BNR problem with printing vxWorksVersion.  That ought
to make Ken happy).
