bacula: Update to backup/includes definition

bacula: Update to backup/includes definition

- Modified backup/includes file to backup the /var/bacula/working directory contents
	rather than explicitly naming the state filename.
	State filename could be varied if user modifies the port number for the file daemon
	as the port number is part of the state filename
