  47         output styles:  The default is similar to the old FSF gprof,
  48         while -T sets the variable bsd_style_output, which causes
  49         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
  50         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
  51         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
  52         and there is less gratuitous white space.
  53         * gprof.h, gprof.c, printfgprof.c:  New discard_underscores
  54         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
  55         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
  56         symbol (without an underscore).
  57         * printfgprof.c:  New function printnameonly(), called

  59         as well as C++ name-demangling.
