* a-fihema.ads: Minor comment fix.
* a-fihema.adb (Allocate, Deallocate): Assert that the alignment is
correct.
(Attach, Detach): Remove some unnecessary code.
(Finalize): Remove Node_Ptr_To_Address, replace with a constant.
