vbox: Add more IStorageController API mappings

This patch exposes additional methods of the native VBOX API to the
libvirt 'unified' vbox API to deal with IStorageController. The exposed
methods are:

* IStorageController->GetStorageControllerType()
* IStorageController->SetStorageControllerType()
* IMachine->GetStorageControllers()
