parallel-tests: fix help screen for test driver scripts

* lib/tap-driver.pl ($USAGE): The `--trs-file' option is mandatory
too.
* lib/tap-driver.sh (print_usage): Likewise.
* lib/test-driver (print_usage): Likewise.
($scriptversion): Update.
