pa32-linux.h (WCHAR_TYPE, [...]): Define.

* config/pa/pa32-linux.h (WCHAR_TYPE, WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE): Define.
* config.gcc (hppa*64*-*-linux*, hppa*-*-linux*): Don't use
svr4.h.
