linux.h: Define WCHAR_TYPE as "int" and undef MAX_WCHAR_TYPE defined in sparc.h.

        * config/sparc/linux.h: Define WCHAR_TYPE as "int" and undef
        MAX_WCHAR_TYPE defined in sparc.h.
        * config/sparc/linuxaout.h: Likewise.
        * config/sparc/linux64.h: Likewise.
        Also default to -mvis if CPU is UltraSPARC.
