Add the --enable-all option to the main configure script as a short-hand
to enable FTS4, FTS5, Geopoly/Rtree, JSON, and Sessions.  In the
amalgamation-autoconf, the --enable-rtree option (which is enabled by
default) also now activates Geopoly.
