trans.c (gnat_to_gnu): Use POINTER_PLUS_EXPR in pointer arithmetics.

* trans.c (gnat_to_gnu) <N_Free_Statement>: Use POINTER_PLUS_EXPR
in pointer arithmetics.
* utils2.c (build_allocator): Likewise.
