[Ada] vx7r2: do not include s-qnx.ads in the kernel and rtp runtimes

Target specific runtime files must be added to a the exclude list so the
files don't automatically get copied to other runtimes.

gcc/ada/

* Makefile.rtl (ADA_EXCLUDE_SRCS): Add s-qnx.ads.
