testsuite: remove explicit -m32/-m64 from testcases

testsuite: remove explicit -m32/-m64 from testcases

Two tests in the powerpc-specific testsuite explicitly add the -m32
and -m64 commandline options, which only are valid for Linux.  And the
tests check for lp64 or ilp32, which is redundant.  This patch removes
the unnecessary commandline options.
