* lib/target-supports.exp
(check_effective_target_arm_iwmmxt_ok): New procedure.
* gcc.target/arm/mmx-1.c: Only run if arm_iwmmxt_ok.  Remove the
exclusions for -mfloat-abi=softfp and -mfloat-abi=hard.
