* libtool.m4 (AC_LIBTOOL_LANG_CXX_CONFIG,
AC_LIBTOOL_PROG_LD_SHLIBS): Append -G to link command-line on AIX
to honor -brtl on command-line (runtime linking). Already done
for IBM C/C++ compilers.
