RISC-V: Cleanup debug code for SAT_* testcases [NFC]

Some print code for debugging is committed by mistake, remove them
from the test header file.

It is test only patch and obvious up to a point, will commit it
directly if no comments in next 48H.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.target/riscv/scalar_sat_binary_run_xxx.h: Remove printf
	code for debugging.
