ada: Document hardening features not supported by LLVM

gcc/ada/ChangeLog:

* doc/gnat_rm/security_hardening_features.rst:
clarify that hardening options are not supported by the
LLVM back end.
* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
* gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.
