ldb: Release ldb 1.5.5

Compared to 1.5.4:

* LDAP_REFERRAL_SCHEME_OPAQUE was added
  to ldb_module.h in order to fix bug #12478.
  It means that Samba >= 4.10.6 will no longer be able to
  build with ldb 1.5.4.

* We Skip @ records early in a search full scan
  in order to address bug #13893.
