Reinstate _AC_CHECK_HEADER_OLD for gcc.

* lib/autoconf/headers.m4 (_AC_CHECK_HEADER_NEW)
(_AC_CHECK_HEADER_OLD): Provide autoupdate versions, since gcc and
others used these undocumented macros.
Reported by Ralf Wildenhues.
