nativesdk-packagegroup-sdk-host: add nativesdk-flex

nativesdk-flex is needed for kernel development inside traidtional
SDK environment, more particularly, `make scripts' under /usr/src/kernel.
So add it to nativesdk-packagegroup-sdk-host.
