* configure.in: Don't set CC.  Look for --enable-shared.  Set
BFDLIB and HLDFLAGS and substitute them.
* configure: Rebuild.
* Makefile.in (LIBS): Use @BFDLIB@.
(HLDFLAGS): New variable.
(gprof): Use $(HLDFLAGS).
