bacula: Update to version 15.0.2

- Update from version 13.0.4 to 15.0.2
- Update of rootfile
- Version 15.0.2 has now been released for a year so it is time to update the IPFire
   file daemon as the direcdtor and storage daemon should by now be at this latest
   version.
- Changelog is too large to fully include here. Details can be found in the ChangeLog
   file in the source tarball.
