Add -Av9 to AFLAGS_PIC and AFLAGS_PIE in the ld test suite on SPARC.

* testsuite/ld-elf/shared.exp: Add -Av9 to AFLAGS_PIE on sparc.
* testsuite/ld-elf/tls.exp: Add -Av9 to AFLAGS_PIC on sparc.
