* doc/invoke.texi (SPARC options): Document -mfix-at697f.
* config/sparc/sparc.opt (mfix-at697f): New option.
* config/sparc/sparc.c (TARGET_MACHINE_DEPENDENT_REORG): Define.
(sparc_reorg): New function.
