libcomps: upgrade 0.1.21 -> 0.1.22

libcomps: upgrade 0.1.21 -> 0.1.22

The project did not publish release notes, but the list of changes is available
at [0]. The new release brings a fix for [1] and ships the patch to build with
CMake 4+.
