diffoscope: upgrade 251 -> 252

Changelog:
============
* As UI/UX improvement, try and avoid printing an extended traceback if
  diffoscope runs out of memory.
* Mark diffoscope as stable in setup.py (for PyPI.org). Whatever diffoscope
  is, at least, not "alpha" anymore.
