* doc/invoke.texi: Document ARM -mcpu=cortex-m4.
* config/arm/arm.c (all_architectures): Change v7e-m default to
cortexm4.
* config/arm/arm-cores.def: Add cortex-m4.
* config/arm/arm-tune.md: Regenerate.
