Check CA certificate in curl_darwinssl.c.

SecCertificateCreateWithData() returns a non-NULL SecCertificateRef even
if the buffer holds an invalid or corrupt certificate. Call
SecCertificateCopyPublicKey() to make sure cacert is a valid
certificate.
