 - Reject negative offsets for ALU operations in the verifier (Yazhou
   Tang) and add a test (Eduard Zingerman)

 - Skip scalar adjustment for BPF_NEG operation if destination register
   is a pointer (Brahmajit Das) and add a test (KaFai Wan)
