* manual/maint.texi: Document that we use bind-4.9.5.
* INSTALL: Ditto.

        * io/getwd.c (getwd) [! PATH_MAX]: Don't assume that the user's
        buffer is any longer than the amount necessary to hold the
        filename; the Hurd getcwd uses the *entire* contents of the
        buffer, however long it is specified to be.
