* fixinc.wrap: Renamed from fixinc.math.  Put wrapper around
curses.h if it contains `typedef char bool;', as suggested by
Manfred Hollstein <manfred@s-direktnet.de>.
* configure.in: Rename fixinc.math to fixinc.wrap.
