	-gnateO=, -gnatet and -gnateV.
	* ug_words: Add qualifiers equivalent to -gnateA, -gnated,

	* usage.adb: Add lines for -gnatea, -gnateO and -gnatez.
	* vms_data.ads: Add new compiler qualifiers /ALIASING_CHECK
	(-gnateA), /DISABLE_ATOMIC_SYNCHRONIZATION (-gnated),
	/PARAMETER_VALIDITY_CHECK (-gnateV) and /TARGET_DEPENDENT_INFO
	(-gnatet).
