Link the last *normal against libfoozlib.so

Link the last zlibnormal gnunormal and gabinormal against libfoozlib.so
so that their only differences are DWARF debug sections.

	PR ld/18354
	* ld-elf/compress.exp (run_tests): Link the last zlibnormal,
	gnunormal and gabinormal against libfoozlib.so.
