mdadm: Update to version 4.4

- Update from version 4.3 to 4.4
- Update of rootfile not required
- mdadm has been formally moved to github.

     In this release we created github repository and allowed participation through
      Github. It allowed us to use Github actions adn create CI. Currently, we have:
	- Compilation tests with various gcc.
	- **mdadm** tests.
	- Checkpatch test.
