MediaTek soc driver updates

This adds socinfo entries for MT8189 Kompanio 540, an extra entry
for a variant of MT8391 (AV/AZA) Genio 720 SoC, and support for
the PMIC Wrapper (by adding a compatible string) in MT8189.
