qcom: add gpu firmwares for X1P42100 chipset

Add the following gpu firmwares required for Snapdragon X1 Plus
(X1P42100) chipset:

qcom/gen71500_gmu.bin: v4.06.04
qcom/gen71500_sqe.fw: v1.81
qcom/x1p42100/gen71500_zap.mbn: v0.13
