	(__fxstatat64): Alias from __fxstatat; remove other cnp errors.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/sigaction.c: Include sys/cdefs.h
	and stddef.h.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/mman.h (MREMAP_FIXED): Define.
