* build-aux/ltmain.in: clone link-mode handling for MidnightBSD from FreeBSD
* m4/libtool.m4: clone various TAGVARs for MidnightBSD from FreeBSD
* m4/ltdl.m4: clone dlopen handling for MidnightBSD from FreeBSD
