Fix several spelling and grammatical errors in comments across
micrel PHY drivers. Corrections include:
- "dealy" -> "delay"
- "autonegotation" -> "autonegotiation"
- "recheas" -> "reaches"
- "one" -> "on"
- "improvenent" -> "improvement"
- "intput" -> "input"
