   - Reject KVM_SET_TSC_KHZ for guests with a protected TSC (currently
     only TDX)

   - Ensure struct kvm_tdx_capabilities fields that are not explicitly
     set by KVM are zeroed

  Documentation:

   - Fix a formatting goof in the TDX documentation"
