man: fix formatting for alternative option

This looked like...

    --server-poll-timeout n
        --connect-timeout n when connecting to [...]

... and this patch changes this to...

    --server-poll-timeout n, --connect-timeout n
        When connecting to [...]

... preserving correct highlighting.
