drm/amd/display: Promote DAL to 3.2.342

This version brings along following fixes:
- Fix divide by zero when calculating min ODM factor
- Ensure committing streams is seamless when transitioning between
  topologies
- Fix condition for setting timing_adjust_pending
- Update DMUB tiled to tiled copy command
