	GLIBCPP_BUILD_ABI_CHECK based on cross compiling, build, host
	variables.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* testsuite/Makefile.am (noinst_PROGRAMS): Make conditional on
	native compiling.
	* testsuite/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
