- Add ARCH_PCI_DEV_GROUPS so s390 can add its own attribute_groups without
  having to stomp on the core's pdev->dev.groups (Lukas Wunner)

* pci/sysfs:
  s390/pci: Stop usurping pdev->dev.groups
