Replace `${HOST_PREFIX}objdump` with `${OBJDUMP}`.
When utilizing llvm for compiling packages, the invocation of GNU objdump
will consistently occur during package precess. This behavior is unfriendly
to llvm. So prefer `${OBJDUMP}` over `${HOST_PREFIX}objdump`.
