darwin.h (WARN_FOUR_CHAR_CONSTANTS): Remove, never used.

        * config/darwin.h (WARN_FOUR_CHAR_CONSTANTS): Remove, never used.
        (DWARF2_DEBUGGING_INFO): Remove until assembler accepts Dwarf-2.
        (PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_TYPE): Ditto.
        (ASM_OUTPUT_IDENT): Remove empty definition.
