Merge branch 'ab/hooks'

A new configuration variable core.hooksPath allows customizing
where the hook directory is.

  githooks.txt: minor improvements to the grammar & phrasing
  githooks.txt: amend dangerous advice about 'update' hook ACL
  githooks.txt: improve the intro section
