drm/amd/display: Promote DC to 3.2.344

Summary:
* Add interface to log hw state when underflow happens
* Fix hubp programming of 3dlut fast load
* Avoid Read Remote DPCD Many Times
* More liberal vmin/vmax update for freesync
* Fix dmub access race condition
