PR c++/99232 gcc/cp/ChangeLog: * decl.cc (grokvardecl): Don't mark variables attached to modules as internal. gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog: * g++.dg/modules/pr99232_a.C: New test. * g++.dg/modules/pr99232_b.C: New test.
