Merge branch 'pci/endpoint'

- Convert the endpoint doorbell test to use a threaded IRQ to fix a
  'sleeping while atomic' issue (Bhanu Seshu Kumar Valluri)

- Add endpoint VNTB MSI doorbell support to reduce latency between host and
  endpoint (Frank Li)
